Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR Manager.
• Prefer experience in construction industry.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training.

• Oversee and manage all HR functions and daily operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources Department of our growing construction company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in all facets of HR management, particularly in the construction industry, and be capable of developing HR strategies that support business operations and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HR Manager.
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry.
• Thorough knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other government compliance requirements.
• Extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
