Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions across manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, and development for project-based teams.

The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and the ability to partner with site operations. Travel to project sites will be required; excellence in communication and HRIS usage is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, OSHS, and related employment laws.
• Proven ability to lead an HR team and drive strategic manpower planning.
• Experience handling project-based employees, skilled workers, and office personnel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and business-minded with strong MS Office and HRIS skills.
• Willing to travel and visit project sites as required.

• Experience handling project-based employees, skilled workers, and office personnel is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to lead an HR team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to project sites as required.
