Mike Steel Construction Inc. in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and HR administration while supporting business and project operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field, 5+ years HR experience (2+ in supervision), and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years HR experience, with minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory compliance
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary cases, performance management, compensation and benefits, and timekeeping
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Willing to work onsite in Valenzuela City
• Can start immediately

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and HR staff
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary cases
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and HR documentation
