Job summary

AMC Ads Corporation (Alpha Multi Core) in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR leader to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent aligned with the INSPIRE values and the company's Mission. You will steer the full spectrum of people functions.

You will partner with executives on org development, workforce planning, and policy design while ensuring compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Experience in organizational development and culture building.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions: recruitment, compensation, records management, employee relations, and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and systems aligned with AMC's Mission and INSPIRE values.
• Partner with VP/COO and BU Heads on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract quality hires aligned with AMC's culture.
• Design and oversee performance management, succession planning, and development programs.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor compliance.
• Maintain compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and government regulations.
• Champion AMC's culture — build an environment where INSPIRE values are lived daily.
• Develop and coach the HR team.
