Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations and strategic planning, ensuring effective rollout of programs and initiatives. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, organizational development, policy implementation, and performance management.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in HR, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with recruitment, organizational development, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, Philippine labor standards, and employee relations.
• Experience in developing HR programs, policies, performance systems, and employee development initiatives.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and strategic planning of the HR team.

• Support the HR Heads in the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of the HR team, ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, screening, selection, and onboarding.

• Support organizational development initiatives, including employee engagement, training and development, workforce planning, and organizational improvement programs.

• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives, operational requirements, and labor regulations.

• Support the performance management process, including KPI development, performance reviews, employee development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
