AMC Ads Corporation (Alpha Multi Core) is seeking an experienced HR leader to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while fostering a culture built on the INSPIRE values and the company’s Mission.

The role requires leading all HR functions, policy development, workforce planning, and compliance with Philippine labor laws, with a focus on organizational development and culture change across the business units.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Experience in organizational development and culture building.

Responsabilités

• Lead all HR functions: recruitment, compensation, records management, employee relations, and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and systems aligned with AMC's Mission and INSPIRE values.
• Partner with VP/COO and BU Heads on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract quality hires aligned with AMC's culture.
• Design and oversee performance management, succession planning, and development programs.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor compliance.
• Maintain compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and government regulations.
• Champion AMC's culture by building an environment where INSPIRE values are lived daily.
• Develop and coach the HR team.

Job Summary
