Job summary

Alpha Multi Core Advertising Corporation in Rizal is seeking an On-site HR Leader with 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. You will oversee recruitment, compensation, records, employee relations, and training, ensuring policies align with our mission and labor laws.

You will partner with senior management to plan organizational development, implement performance management, and foster a culture that supports INSPIRE values and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code.
• Experience in organizational development and culture building.
• Experience with recruitment, compensation, and training.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies.

Job Summary:

Attract, develop, engage, and retain the people who build AMC, while building a culture rooted in the INSPIRE values and the company's Mission.

Key Responsibilities:

(The day-to-day activities and functions that the employee will be responsible for executing.)

• Lead all HR functions: recruitment, compensation, records management, employee relations, and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and systems aligned with AMC's Mission and INSPIRE values.
• Partner with VP/COO and BU Heads on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract quality hires aligned with AMC's culture.
• Design and oversee performance management, succession planning, and development programs.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor compliance.
• Maintain compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and government regulations.
• Champion AMC's culture — build an environment where INSPIRE values are lived daily.
• Develop and coach the HR team.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Experience in organizational development and culture building.
