Remax International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and align practices with the company’s goals.
You will design processes, manage payroll and HRIS, and promote a high-performance culture that values excellence, integrity, and teamwork. The role requires at least eight years in HR, with four in a managerial capacity, and a strong background in talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and compensation.
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for the development of process and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals. The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Responsible for the coordination and implementation of people-related services, policies, and program through Human Resources staff; reports to the President & CEO; assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues and concerns.
Oversee the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Unit. Responsible to carry out various areas of HR such as departmental development, HRIS and payroll system, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation, job recruitment and on-boarding, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health and a superior personnel.
POSITION QUALIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Administration and other equivalent courses. Master Degree is a plus factor.
Experience:
With a minimum of eight (8) years’ work experience in Human Resources, wherein four (4) years must be in Assistant or Managerial capacity, preferably from an IT or Service Oriented Company.
A generalist with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, KPI based Performance Management (PMS), Labor Laws, Training & Development, Employee/Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Organization Development.
Possess ongoing affiliation with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practices effective Human Resources Management and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Language skills: Level 6: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex document. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups and/or board of directors.
Mathematical skills: Level 6: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutation. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning ability: Level 6: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Other requirements:
A people person with passion for continual improvement. Must be willing to work beyond the normal working hour including Saturday and Sunday when needed. Flexible and highly adaptive to any type or kind of working environment.
