Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications is a plus).
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions including training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
Familiarity with organizational development frameworks such as EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR & Admin department, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
Design, implement, and oversee training and development programs to build employee capabilities and support career growth.

Support and help implement EOS or other organizational frameworks to strengthen company structure and performance.
Develop, revise, and implement HR and administrative policies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
