The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- Identify training and development needs and create programs to address them.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
