Qualifications

• Experience in media, events, production, or large corporate orgs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and HR technology.
• Experience managing internship/OJT programs and university partnerships.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

• Lead employee engagement activities and workforce reporting to CEO.

Salary: ₱60,000–₱80,000 per month

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional event-day attendance

About The Company

Dragon AI Media Inc. is a Makati-based integrated marketing and events agency specializing in automotive events, mobile esports, brand activations, tournaments, vehicle launches, dealership events, and mall roadshows for Chinese and international brands in the Philippines.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic HR Manager who can build a strong talent pipeline and support the company’s rapid growth. The role will oversee recruitment, workforce planning, employee development, HR compliance, and engagement while working closely with the CEO and operations team.

The immediate priority is to fill 13 open positions across 9 roles within 90 days while establishing scalable HR processes for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
• Use AI tools and HR technology for sourcing, screening, job posting, and candidate assessment.
• Manage the internship/OJT program and university partnerships.
• Build and maintain a database of event manpower, freelancers, and day-hire staff.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and 30/60/90-day employee check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
• Lead employee engagement activities, stay interviews, exit interviews, and other HR initiatives.
• Provide regular HR updates and workforce reports to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on recruitment leadership.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, and headhunting.
• Experience in media, advertising, events, production, gaming/esports, or large corporate organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools and HR technology in recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience managing internship/OJT programs and university partnerships.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in both English and Filipino.

NICE TO HAVE

• Established network in media, events, advertising, automotive marketing, or esports.
• Experience managing freelance or day‑hire event manpower.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and time‑keeping systems.
• Training facilitation experience or certification.

You are a proactive, business‑minded, organized, and people‑oriented HR leader who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, using technology and AI to improve HR processes, and working closely with leadership to anticipate hiring and workforce needs.

You should also be comfortable providing occasional evening or weekend support during events.
