DigiTrand Softech Pvt. Ltd seeks an experienced HR leader to manage company-wide HR programs and initiatives in Negros Occidental. You will drive organizational change, culture, retention strategies, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and development.

You will guide HR generalists and managers, supervise hiring for executive roles, ensure policy compliance, handle disciplinary actions, and champion onboarding and orientation to support recruitment and overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to guide HR generalists and management across departments.

Manage company-wide HR programs and initiatives such asorganizational change, organization culture, retention and engagementstrategies, compensation & benefit, workforce planning, training anddevelopment.

Key Responsibilities

• Put the organisation’s talent and human resources strategy into action
• Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
• Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions
• Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
• Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
• Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
• Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting
• Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
• Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current
• Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
