Qualifications

• Experience or strong knowledge in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and employee engagement programs.
• Familiar with performance appraisal processes, KPI setting, and employee development initiatives.
• Creative and innovative, with an eye for design and employee engagement initiatives.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to handle confidential information.
