Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field. Higher education and Professional Certifications are an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or 3 years in managerial capacity with deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws & compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
Strong leadership skills to lead, develop & motivate HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions including, employee relations, compensation, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead performance evaluation and employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs based on business goals.

Employee Engagement:

- Prepare reports for “Top Management”.

- Develop, implement & update HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies clearly to all staff.
- Train management and policy application.

Health, Safety & Wellness:
- Implement workplace safety protocols.
- Coordinate employee wellness programs and support services.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
- Monitor and manage benefits administration (healthcare, insurance, etc.).
