Job summary

MetaGlobal is seeking an HR Manager to build dependable people practices for a growing technology and digital services company. You will own recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, policies and compliance while partnering closely with leadership and team managers.

This role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, and a practical approach suited to a hybrid and remote workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR experience with at least 1 year in a managerial or lead role.
• Experience recruiting technology and digital-services talent.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and relevant employment practices.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• High integrity and discretion with employee information.
