Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/ Psychology/ BA/ Communications.
• Experience in Learning & Development or Employee Engagement is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Creative and proactive in developing employee engagement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning & Development Programs: plan, coordinate, and deliver employee training including onboarding and orientations.
• Support Employee Engagement Activities: assist in team-building, recognition programs, and company events.
• Manage Training Documentation: maintain attendance, learning data, certifications, and reports.
• Promote Employee Participation: collaborate with departments to drive participation and gather feedback.
• Evaluate Program Effectiveness: collect feedback and recommend improvements.
• Support Employee Development: identify learning needs with managers.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: work with internal teams and external vendors for smooth delivery.
