Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support employee training, learning, and development programs.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building activities.
• Create engaging materials and communications for HR programs and events.
• Maintain training and engagement records, trackers, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with employees, internal teams and departments for HR activities.
• Gather employee feedback and assist in identifying opportunities to improve learning and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize AI and digital tools to improve HR materials, processes, and employee experiences.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
