Job summary

Treasure Island Industrial Corporation seeks an experienced HR professional to lead Learning and Development initiatives in the Philippines. You will identify training needs, map development plans for the organization, departments, and individuals.

You will design, develop, coordinate, and conduct all training programs, and facilitate Learning Needs Analysis to implement development plans, ensuring alignment with HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management-related course.
• At least 4 years of experience in handling Learning/Training & Development facet in HR.
