Job summary

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management course or Education.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing company.
• With strong expertise in training need analysis, instructional design, facilitation, learning technologies, coaching and talent development
• With effective computer skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented.
• Experience in managing learning programs and ability to drive employee capability and organizational performance through impactful learning.
