Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Learning & Development and employee wellbeing initiatives. Your role includes maintaining Workday data, crafting Power BI dashboards, and assisting with budgeting and invoicing processes.

You will design internal communications with Canva and help coordinate multiple L&D projects, requiring strong organizational and analytical abilities and the ability to work independently under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or competency development preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Canva.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for L&D and employee well-being initiatives.
• Maintain and update learning and competency information in Workday.
• Support finance-related administrative tasks including budget tracking, invoice processing, and sponsorship/scholarship billings.
• Conduct research and desktop scans on relevant training programmes and courses.
• Analyse and transform raw data into meaningful reports, charts, graphs and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of L&D and employee well-being programmes and projects.
• Design EDM materials using Canva for internal communications and publicity.
• Perform other related administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.
