Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an HR Operations Partner to support efficient HR operations through data management, reporting, system administration, and process improvement. This role collaborates with HR stakeholders and employees to resolve system-related concerns and maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with HRIS and Excel, and a track record of driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Shared Services.
• Experience in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with HRIS or other HR technology platforms.
• Strong Excel and HR reporting tooling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee information and HR data across HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and HR decision-making.
• Monitor HR data quality and perform regular audits and validation of employee records.
• Investigate and resolve HR system issues, data discrepancies, and operational concerns.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR system and process-related inquiries.
• Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support the documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR operations and service delivery.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure sensitive employee information is handled with appropriate confidentiality and security.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support other HR operational requirements as needed.
