Job summary

Express Global Logistics is seeking an aspiring HR intern to support recruitment and onboarding for the new financial year. The intern will report to the head of HR and gain exposure to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Review open jobs in the system and ensure job descriptions are accurate.
• Screen candidates in our HRMS and select those for phone interviews.
• Ensure archived candidates are tagged properly for future reference.
• Call prospects for phone screens.
• Understand key skills required for various jobs.
• Digitize employee documentation on the new HRMS.
• Validate employee master data and coordinate updates with employees.
• Assist employees in HR inquiries.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, data changes and other lifecycle activities.

The Express Global Logistics HR team is looking for an aspiring HR candidate to aid the new financial year recruitment. The incoming intern will play a crucial role in growing our team by actively handling recruiting and onboarding. The intern will report directly to the head of HR and will include good exposure with senior management. Solid performance on the internship can also lead to a full time job. This will be a paid Internship and stipend will be provided. The internship will be in person with flexibility to WFH for school projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate/Graduate looking for a 3 months Internship is preferred
