Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our growing team. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, on-boarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key responsibilities include supporting end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will coordinate with internal teams and help with onboarding and HR administration.

HR Intern We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. The selected candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, on-boarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, conduct initial HR screening, follow up on interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Support HR operations such as employee on-boarding, documentation, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with other day-to-day HR activities.
