Analyst – Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS)

Job Summary
The Analyst – Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS) will provide end-to-end HR operations support for employees and stakeholders across North America, UK, and APAC. The role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while meeting defined SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new hires, resignations, employee data changes, and HR transactions for North America and UK.
- Provide Tier 1 payroll support and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
- Administer employee benefits and leave for USA, UK, and APAC regions.
- Handle background verification and employee reference processes.
- Support employee performance management administration.
- Manage employee profiles, including system access, login, roles, and password-related queries.
- Process vendor management and invoices for supported regions.
- Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, process documentation, KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards.
- Ensure HR processes comply with applicable US, UK, and APAC regulations, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
- Support internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend process improvements.
- Support HR transitions, process changes, and technology implementations.
- Coordinate with onshore stakeholders and regional teams to resolve HR operational issues.
- Follow and regularly update GHRSS SOPs and standard processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate degree; HR specialization is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience.
- Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC employees is required.
- Strong working knowledge of US and UK HR regulations, statutory requirements, employee benefits, and labor laws.
- Experience with HRIS/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Strong MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Prior experience in HR transitions, process documentation, SLA/KPI management, and RCA is preferred.

Strict Requirement: Candidates must have 1.5–3 years of relevant HR Operations/HR Shared Services experience and prior experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC employees.
