Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management, at our Clark, Pampanga site.

You will partner with managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboard new hires, ensure PH labor law compliance, and maintain confidential HR data while driving workplace improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or multi-functional HR role.
• Strong end-to-end talent acquisition experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Solid employee relations, disciplinary management, and grievance handling skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Experience supporting performance management and documentation.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; able to manage multiple HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: requisitions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs, roles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and consolidate feedback for timely decisions.
• Lead onboarding activities and ensure smooth new-hire orientation and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruiting metrics to optimize time-to-fill and sourcing efficiency.
• Build relationships with academic institutions, gov’t agencies, and external orgs for sourcing and internships.
• Plan and participate in job fairs, campus events, and drives; manage employer branding.
