Qualifications

• Professional HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of PH labour laws.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates end-to-end.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and records.
• Provide HR support to managers on leave, performance, relations.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidential HR documentation.
• Support HR strategy development and implementation.
• Serve as point of contact for HR policies.
