Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Generalist with a strong recruitment background.
• Experience handling and managing remote/WFH employees.
• Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems like PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Additional HR training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Conduct onboarding and organize training and development initiatives.
• Provide HR support on leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns.
• Promote HR programs to improve efficiency and reduce conflicts.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Handle performance management and employee engagement tasks.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover).
• Organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain employee files and records (electronic and paper).
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues, introducing new perks, and organizing team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Monitor and manage remote/WFH employees with tools, reports, and check-ins.
