Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, timekeeping, and HR documentation, ensuring accurate records and policy compliance.

The role supports HRIS implementation, employee relations, and a positive employee experience across the organization. Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Psychology or BS HR or any 4 years course related.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment: workforce planning inputs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers (within band), and onboarding coordination.
• Administer onboarding and exit processes; ensure 201 completeness, asset checklists, and exit interviews are scheduled and filed.
• Plan and execute engagement & culture programs (calendar, comms, post‑event pulse).
• Operate HR helpdesk: ticket triage, SLA monitoring, and knowledge base maintenance; publish HR advisories and SOP updates.
• Maintain HQ bulletin boards; ensure policy postings and expiries are managed.
• Timekeeping (HQ): validate attendance, leaves, and OT/ND entries; resolve discrepancies before payroll cutoff.
• Support HRIS forms/workflows with Payroll & HRIS Officer (testing, UAT, user training) and ensure functional readiness for HRIS go‑live.
• Responsible for receiving, creating, issuing, and monitoring HR-related documents, including but not limited to Job Offers, Contracts (Employment, Car, etc.), PAMs, payroll-related documents, Job Descriptions, and PRF.
