Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full range of HR and administrative work. The role is full-time and permanent, with duties spanning recruitment, employee records, onboarding, training, and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years HR generalist experience, with knowledge of Philippine labor laws and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR generalist experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy, with discretion to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Help with recruitment: posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
• Keep employee 201 files and records up to date, and help prepare required government reports.
• Assist disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Support onboarding of new hires, with more responsibility over time.
• Help keep training and performance records organized.
• Support the team with other administrative tasks.
