Job summary

DEVTAC is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will help create recruitment plans, manage HRIS data, coordinate training, and ensure compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes data-driven HR decisions, payroll support, and maintaining confidential records while fostering a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment standards, with experience handling disciplinary processes.
• Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, scorecards, and attendance data.
• Proficiency in HRIS, data entry, and maintaining meticulous employee records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Policy Administration: assist in implementing HR processes to adhere to workplace policies.
• Guideline Development: participate in creating organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Incident Investigations: conduct pre-investigations and root-cause analysis for grievances.
• Disciplinary Action: draft Notices to Explain and support HR Manager in disciplinary steps.
• Employee Lifecycle: manage onboarding and regularization processes across company resources.
• Database Maintenance: maintain accurate, secure HR records and databases.
• Verification & Queries: assist with verifications, COEs, and general HR inquiries.
• Performance Support: assist in executing performance management processes.
