Job summary

Direc Business Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to support training and development, recruitment, and general HR operations in a dynamic Manila-based team.

You will design and deliver learning programs, manage talent initiatives, and facilitate onboarding for new hires. The role emphasizes collaboration with department managers, preparing HR reports, and driving employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• At least 6–12 months of related work experience.
• Ability to design, implement, research and evaluate effective learning and development programs.
• Excellent coordination, analytical and networking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with teams.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes, programs and systems in support of talent management and learning and development strategies.
• Administer talent management programs and systems; create deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other resources.
• Identify current and future skills requirements and create flexible learning interventions to meet workforce needs.
• Assess training and development needs by developing and facilitating training programs.
• Conduct, administer and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions; collaborate with managers to define required skills.
• Manage recruitment initiatives to enhance the company’s branding and candidate database.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding; perform post-onboarding interviews to address concerns.
• Assist in developing and implementing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend strategies to attract, motivate and retain employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
