Job summary

Productivity Technologies Services Incorporated in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, timekeeping, DOLE compliance, and management reporting. This hands-on position covers recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, labor compliance, and ongoing HR process improvements to support a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Strong working knowledge of DOLE policies, Philippine Labor Code, and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and HRIS
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower request to hiring and onboarding.
• Manage and monitor daily employee attendance, timekeeping, leaves, undertime, absences, and overtime.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues; assist in investigations and disciplinary processes when necessary.
• Maintain working knowledge of DOLE policies, Philippine Labor Code, and applicable employment regulations; ensure HR policies align with labor laws.
• Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management; escalate significant concerns.
• Review HR policies, procedures, forms, and workflows to identify areas for improvement; continuously improve employee services and HR operations.
• Help develop and maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture; support recognition, communication, team-building, and wellness initiatives.
