Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for designated business units, collaborating with Hiring Managers and HRBP on hiring strategy. You will lead full-cycle hiring, build robust talent pipelines, and report on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will plan and execute employee engagement programs, draft internal communications, and manage attendance and leave processes in compliance with labor law and policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years in recruitment and HRM functions

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned units, partnering with Hiring Managers and HRBP
• Lead full-cycle hiring and build strong talent pipelines
• Track recruitment metrics and report pipeline health
• Plan and run employee engagement programs and internal communications
• Draft and distribute internal communications across channels
• Manage attendance, leaves, and ensure policy compliance
