Job summary

HRTx Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee a broad range of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

The role will support day-to-day HR operations, partner with employees and managers, and drive HR initiatives across performance, development, and compliance, with logistics and maritime experience preferred. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years in HR, including end-to-end recruitment and people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of general HR experience covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR administration.
• Strong experience and expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Preferably 1 year of people management or leadership experience.
• Experience in logistics, maritime, transportation, shipping or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across various HR functions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes and HR initiatives.
• Assist in compensation and benefits programs and HR administration.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
