Coral Agri-Venture Farm Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist Supervisor to oversee daily HR functions and ensure smooth operations in the absence of the Assistant HR Manager.
The role covers employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and other HR responsibilities while serving as the primary HR contact when the HR Manager is unavailable. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3-5 years' HR experience with leadership.
The HR Generalist Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily HR functions and ensuring smooth operations, especially in the absence of the Assistant HR Manager. This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and other HR-related responsibilities. The HR Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters when the HR Manager is unavailable.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment through engagement initiatives.
Oversee and participate in the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Work with department heads to identify hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
Support the performance evaluation process and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing employee training and development programs.
Provide coaching to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Assist in organizational change initiatives and HR process improvements.
Coordinate HR events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Willing to be assigned at the farm (Teresa, Rizal) and strictly adhere to biosecurity protocols.
