Job summary

Coral Agri-Venture Farm Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist Supervisor to oversee daily HR functions and ensure smooth operations in the absence of the Assistant HR Manager.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and other HR responsibilities while serving as the primary HR contact when the HR Manager is unavailable. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3-5 years' HR experience with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Willing to be assigned at the farm (Teresa, Rizal) and strictly adhere to biosecurity protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR functions and ensure smooth operations in absence of the Assistant HR Manager.
• Manage employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and other HR responsibilities.
• Serve as primary HR point of contact when the HR Manager is unavailable.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees and assist department heads with hiring needs.
• Support performance management, training initiatives, and development programs.
