Job summary

Pride Global in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee experience and operational excellence across HR functions. The role will drive onboarding, benefits administration, performance processes, and compliance with PH labor laws, partnering with leadership to foster a fair, inclusive workplace.

It requires strong communication, discretion, and a people-oriented approach. The position initially follows a mid-shift schedule for 90 days, then transitions to night shift

Qualifications

• Experience in local HR operations or generalist roles.
• Working knowledge of PH labor laws and HR compliance practices.
• Experience administering benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships between employees and management through clear, respectful communication.
• Address Philippines-based employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with fairness.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and improvement plans.
• Guide managers and staff through performance-related conversations and planning.
• Ensure compliance with PH labor laws and internal HR policies with leadership.
• Monitor changes in PH employment laws and update company policies accordingly.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities across teams.
• Assist onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees.
