Job summary

iScale Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Makati. You will serve as a key contact ensuring compliant processes in line with Philippine labor laws.

Responsibilities include handling employee relations, HMO and benefits, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and HRIS administration with a solutions-oriented approach. Onsite work in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HR Generalist experience in a relevant environment (BPO, shared services, tech, or corporate).
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, HMO/benefits, offboarding clearance, documentation, and HRIS administration.
• Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and due process.
• Proven ability to document, communicate, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; HRIS experience (Zoho People, Odoo) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Address employee concerns, grievances, performance/conduct issues, and HR inquiries while ensuring PH labor law compliance.
• Investigate complaints and misconduct, partnering with managers to document cases (incident reports, NTEs, hearings, decisions).
• Support conflict resolution, maintain case trackers, and assist with internal compliance and HR audits.
• Manage HMO enrollments, deletions, dependent updates, reimbursement, billing reconciliations, and LOAs.
• Lead annual HMO renewal, evaluate proposals, verify census, and oversee open enrollment.
• Review HMO billing accuracy before Finance endorsement and administer other statutory/company benefits.
• Manage end-to-end offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and elevate compliance risks to leadership.
• Coordinate clearance processes across Payroll, Finance, IT, and Facilities; update final pay docs.
• Support onboarding, status transitions, HR reporting/trackers, and payroll coordination.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/business administration/behavioral science
