Job summary

ELGA Business Solutions Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis.

You will deliver comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, shaping workplace culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning HR objectives with management goals. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, payroll coordination, and benefits administration while maintaining confidential records and partnering with teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding.
• Support recruitment: job posting, screening, interview coordination, offers.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Handle employee relations, inquiries, and policy guidance.
• Assist with performance management processes and development plans.
• Coordinate training and development programmes for growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Process payroll-related information and leave/benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and queries.
