Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code.
• Experience in employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite on a graveyard shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, inquiries, and HR-related requests.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
• Manage HRIS, employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with benefits, payroll-related transactions, and HR reporting.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
