Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate of 4 year course, preferably in Psychology or HRM.
• HR experience is a must for the role.
• Experience in a BPO/Call Center setting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Willing to work in graveyard shift and at VXI Makati.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee discipline and corrective actions for non-terminable cases.
• Coordinate performance reviews and prepare related documents.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and assist HR initiatives.
• Assist with questions on compensation and government benefits.
• Support in monitoring employee relations and HR programs.
• Prepare weekly HR site reports and perform tasks as assigned.
