Job summary

A Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin and 3+ years of HR Generalist experience are required, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
