Job summary

VTSA Lifts Philippines is hiring for an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations from our Manila office. The role uses Sprout HRIS for data management and reporting, and supports policy development and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with occasional remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems; Sprout HRIS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and confidential communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Utilize Sprout HRIS for data management and reporting.
• Assist development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and organizational development.
• Coordinate performance management cycles and employee training programs.
