Job summary

TaskUs, a leading global BPO, seeks an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, policies, and day-to-day HR operations in Angeles, Philippines. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance, administer benefits, and support talent development.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, is discreet with confidential information, and can navigate fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Handles due process documents and admin hearings when applicable.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, investigations, and performance management.
• Responds to inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Participates in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Keeps up-to-date with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
