Job summary

VTSA Lifts Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will source and screen candidates, ensure payroll accuracy, and help drive talent management initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR experience, with strong communication and HRIS skills, preferably Sprout. You will partner with management to strengthen engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably Sprout.
• Knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Capable of managing employee relations and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles.
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and maintaining workplace harmony.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with compensation policies and practices.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and practices to management and employees.
