Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in the Philippines to manage the full employee lifecycle, provide day-to-day HR support, and help shape HR policies in line with local regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. You will support recruitment, training, payroll queries, and employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR Generalist or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with company objectives and legal requirements
• Support the coordination of training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations
• Facilitate communication between management and employees, helping to resolve workplace issues and concerns
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including processing leave requests and managing payroll-related queries
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators to senior management
