Job summary

This role focuses on full lifecycle HR support, policy development, training coordination, and employee engagement within a dynamic Philippine context.

We seek a detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of local employment laws, and excellent communication skills to support management and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices in the Philippine context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Certification in HR practices or professional development (such as PHRM or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Support the coordination of training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees, helping to resolve workplace issues and concerns.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including processing leave requests and managing payroll-related queries.
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators to senior management.
