Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees and assist with engagement activities.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including leave processing and payroll queries.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
