Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, hiring coordination, onboarding, and orientation
• Monitor manpower requirements, vacancies, staffing levels, and employee movements across departments for continuity
• Maintain accurate attendance, timekeeping, leaves, overtime, tardiness, absences, and schedule adjustments
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing with Accounting for statutory benefits and contributions
• Implement and monitor company policies, discipline, workplace standards, and compliance with procedures
• Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary incidents with proper investigation
• Prepare Notices to Explain, memoranda, incident reports, and other communications observing due process
• Monitor performance evaluations, probationary assessments, KPI submissions, and regularization recommendations
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation (files, contracts, personnel records)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, data privacy, and company policies
• Facilitate resignations, clearance procedures, exit interviews, and final pay coordination
• Coordinate training, development programs, policy orientations, safety awareness, and customer service initiatives
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower deployment, performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
• Monitor and coordinate with third-party manpower agencies on attendance and service issues
• Prepare HR reports on recruitment, manpower, attendance, relations, and compliance
• Recommend improvements to HR procedures, engagement, retention, productivity, and efficiency
