Job summary

Precision Path Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Officer to manage daily HR operations, ensure labor law compliance, and act as a liaison between employees and management. The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment support, and HR administration.

Reporting to Admin and operating within the HR Department, the successful candidate will handle contracts, records, policy drafting, and compliance training to maintain a well-organized, compliant, and people-centric workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or employee relations.
• Working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE rules.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation tools.
• HR compliance or legal administrative experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and company policies
• Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes
• Draft HR policies, notices, memoranda, and employment-related documents
• Manage employment contracts, 201 files, and HR records (physical and digital)
• Coordinate with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Support recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, and documentation
• Develop HR policies and conduct compliance orientations or trainings
